DCHD Annual DC Housing Expo

The 5th Annual DC Housing Expo is coming soon! I hope to see you there. I will be one of the vendors taking part in this homeownership event. I am happy to be a part of this Home Buying Expo that will be focusing on building the Washington DC Real Estate Market. The Department of Housing and Community Development or DHCD, is going to collaborate with Greater Washington Urban League or GWUL for the purpose providing as much information as possible to First Time Home Buyers looking to purchase homes in the District of Columbia.  For more information please do not hesitate to call me direct. Use the Call me feature to the right or dial direct at 301-200-1997.  The expo will be held on June 1st.

The Department of Housing and Community Development or DHCD and GWUL or Greater Washington Urban League is going to have some really great workshops on just about every area concerning Home Buying and or Home Ownership in Washington DC. There will be people working with individuals to help them understand credit, home retention, and how to avoid foreclosure. These topics are very timely and I am looking forward to partnering with them and helping to provide powerful real time real estate market information to the attendees.

I have worked with the Great Washington Urban League and have helped many people over the past 7 years to purchase a home using their HPAP Program or Housing Purchase Assistance Program. This program is one where you can get up to $40,000 in Down Payment Assistance to help purchase a home in Washington DC. Many first time home buyers find this program to be very helpful in their home buying process. I am very glad that this program is available and has made a vow to help as many people as I come in contact with to buy a home using this program. As a native Washingtonian, I have watched the evolution of the Washington DC Real Estate Market, and I look forward to continuing to help.

I frequently hold Home Buying workshops for people looking to purchase a home in the DMV Area. If you are interested in purchasing a home and you are a first time home buyer and would like more information on the area home buying programs, then please do not hesitate to contact me and get more information on all the latest home buying programs available I look forward to working with you and I welcome your call.
